Im really sorry... a lot of people dont understand successful weight loss, or what anorexia actually is. Lots of time people get suspicious over success, dont let that slow you down! Just the fact hat you are aware that what they are saying is crazy proves that youre perfectly fine!

i agree with everyone... i like your abs! ;) butttt.... your goals are totally your own! what about trying "military cruches"? also known as the "bicycles"? like... like on your back and then bring one knee up and touch it to the opposite elbow in a cycling motion...those really do wonders!

oh hmm... bread and potatoes... seems like a high starch thing. Usually when I get bloated I drink a few cups of "stomach ease" tea by Yogi Tea, or something similar... it helps to sorta calm it down. And I take a probiotic!

do you drink a lot of diet soda? chew a lot of sugar free gum? Eat Cool-Whip free? Im totally guilty of it.... but sometimes "diet" foods contain certain kinds of artificial sweeteners like sorbitol that cause bloat because they dont mix well with stomach acid...

Kate Middleton!!----pre wedding..... She looked much too skinny for her wedding in my opinion. Lots of ladies think that there isnt a "too thin" for their wedding, but there can be! She is a beautiful young lady and I hope she is healthy.

One of my favorite things to make is low carb pumpkin casserole! I use stevia... Agave has given me crazy spikes in my glucose levels too. I like Stevia because it doesnt affect glucose levels

I did an extremely high protein low carb diet about a year ago and it was very hard!
