Ice cream, crackers, bagels, and curly fries. Six pounds lighter than I was 3 weeks ago, it was worth it.

Rice cakes with sugar free preseves and fat free cream cheese. Less than 100 calories, and a great sub for bagels.

I always check ahead online before going out to eat. And for those times when I am with friends or family I know what I can eat at 3 major fast food places and not feel bad afterwords. They don't have to try and work around my diet, and I don't even have to bring it up.

Tacos, all tacos. Anything fried, fried food is just not what I thought it once was.

Sugar free popcicles help me ight the sweet cravings, at 15 calories each they're the best thing I've found for me.

I top rice cakes with 1tlbsp fat free cream cheese and cinnamon or ranch powder. It's only 20 calories.]
