I eat rice 3 times a week , the best rice ever is veetee dine in rice , its takes literally 60 seconds to cook no hidden crap and it comes in like 15 types. Look out for it in your supermarket its cheap to. http://www.veeteedinein.com/

Weight watchers are pure scumbags of a company. There food is packed with everything but protein , its just pure bull. The main way to stop snacking and to stop eating on a binge is to stack up on protein , non of there products contain nearly enough for a nice balanced lifestyle change.

I use a cheaper brand of slimfast , but i only use it if im in a rush and i can make breakfast.
