  • Do you eat breakfast every day ? If not you MUST start. The body needs to start every day knowing it will get fuel that day, even if it is something as light as an apple or a bagel. Good luck and hang in there.

  • I bought a bicycle and rode 2 times last week in addition to my gym workouts. 6 miles one ride and 7 the other.
  • I have lost 90 pounds in 8.5 months and I feel they are okay as long as the cheating is limited on the cheat day and not more then once or twice a month. That is what works for me. I feel if you never cheat you become frustrated and lose focus on your goals. Good luck.

  • When you first think about exercising get up and do it, don't wait for later. You will feel better the rest of the day.
  • daboysmom, 50 pounds is far from unattainable. I too have gotten in very poor health over the years. I started a regiment on 7-10-10 and have lost 76 pounds and counting, I still have a long way to go but it can be done.
