You may just not have been hungry that morning, that happens. If it happens every day for a week, that is another matter. I know I have some days where I am just not hungry at all and some days where I am.

Urine is Jelly fish stings. I have a grass allergy, and take otc pills for that - they also help with insect bites. You could try to ask a pharmacist.

Sounds suitably crazy, count me in as a referee/food nazi. That said, do you have goals other than eating below some calorie number? Are you also tracking macros?

Wear something that protects you from the wind, that is really the main thing. You are going to get wet, but that sucks a lot less than you think it does. Personally my running stuff is some old stuff my mom made for me years ago, so can't help you with where you buy it.

The weight is for normal people. When you start lifting things up and down then you are no longer really comparable to normal people and so you really should just measure your inches.

I don't have a dog, but I would be careful about running them anywhere hot. Humans sweat like crazy but dogs are very limited in their ability to sweat so they get heat stroke much easier than humans do. Maybe bring water and take breaks along the trip?

Muscle only turns into fat if you stop lifting and keep eating like you still lifted. Also while you will have to vary your routine you will be able to lift weights well into your 90, it will make you more mobile for far longer (and mobility in old people are a pretty good proxy for whether they are going to die soon).

It is going to be difficult to suggest something if you don't want to tell what those conditions are, but in general swimming and biking (and heck walking) are all low impact exercises. Swimming is especially good since it relieves joint pressure. Alternatively do a body weight workout.

I haven't actually done that yet, but if you add the time you did the exercise MFP should ignore your fitbit calculated calorie burn for that time period.

So ****ing what? They key is to get better each time, not to be perfect from day one. I mean did you just go up one day and started to walk, or did it take a lot of falling, tumbling and handholding? Why should this be any different?

I am, but like you it is only possible because I also eat some of my exercise calories. It is certainly not a lot of food.

If I plan to take a day of I also plan when I need to go back. If I overdo my calories, then the next morning there is a new batch that I can enjoy. Really the only danger is not to follow the system.

I haven't had an issue with my fitbit. But you absolutely should be able to sync a Jaw bone up on an Android phone.
