Yay! That’s motivating. I have been rarely eating fast food. Eating healthier & walking a lot . Plus workouts like 20 mins a day.

Yeah that’s my main reason for needing to track I wanna make sure I’m doing enough not too much etc I just started working out in the last week. Not a huge dip fan but I do like Hummus! I was thinking that too. To make sure my protein stays there. Like for breakfast I do eggs & oatmeal w/fruit and it really helps my blood sugar. If I don’t eat often I get shaky as heck

Hmm good advice. I will be def looking into it then. My struggle is snacking. I think I like to eat with large volume I’ve noticed. But I’m always hungry !! Lol. Right now I’ve been eating a lot of spinach and chicken

Ahh wow thanks for all the info. I spent a year+ working out did great, never calorie counted etc but then I got stressed and started overeating and said screw it for about 2 months. That's when I gained 10 pounds! So I'm trying to get back on track.

Yeah it is current, last weekend. How do I figure out how many calories to eat a day then? I'm about 138 5'2 {I gained 10 pounds after doing so well and losing a lot of baby weight.. which is why I am trying to lose 10-12 pounds}
