I am sort of in the same boat. I had a back injury at work 1.5 years ago and 11 months ago I had surgery to fix that. Before that I biked consistently, played hockey and was pretty active. Many "organic" veggies are also sprayed as well, don't believe that just because it says organic it is better for you.

Lawsuit might not happen but it doesn't take much for them to send you to collections and ruin your credit.

It could also be your body reacting to only being on the cleanse for 5 days. The 900 calories as well isn't cutting it, you should try to up those quicker. Your body isn't getting enough and will just end up storing fat. I would also watch your sodium levels, I find when I monitor mine closely that I have much more success…

No it doesn't. 1 LB of muscle still weighs the same as 1 LB of fat. Common misconception. 1LB = 1 LB

Also, whats the quick added calories? It would be easier for people to give some advice if we knew what those were as well. The reason I ask is it could be 400 calories, but it could have a ton of fat, sodium, sugar, etc.

I had the same problem, I basically decided that I would rather be healthy and happy then go out and party all of the time. My friends wanted to party every weekend, and multiple days during the week.
