Yes, I do log here and most days I come in under. What do you mean by macros? What are these protein balls you speak of, they sound amazing? I sometimes have Greek yogurt too.

I tend to eat out not a lot...but semi frequently. When I know where I'm going, if it's a well-known place, I look up what I think I'm going to get on MFP. Then I try to plan my day around it. What I think of when I hear the phrase not all calories are equal, is the fact that I could use up 500 calories eating a bag of chips, or I could use about 30 calories and eat some vegetables. To me, what matters is how you use your calories, if that makes sense.
