Question about snacks

Ok, so I'm a college student and an hourly worker at my school. I eat breakfast around 5:45-6am. So obviously I'm hungry before lunch which happens around 11:45-12. I buy healthy snacks. This week my snacks are: a Yoplait light yogurt, a fiber protein bar, and some other Nature valley granola bar (This week I have a choice of yogurt bars, oatmeal squares, and I can't remember the other. Then my lunch is a Swiss cheese sandwich on multi-grain bread. I don't

My concern is am I eating too much sugar or carbs? Or is it all about counting my calories?

I'm a vegetarian, if that matters.

Definitely harder for vegetarians. Are you logging your food here? How do you have your macros set? Are you losing weight at a steady pace? You can message me if you want.

I am a full time college student as well with an hourly job. My go-to snacks are peanut butter protein balls(delicious) and 0% greek yogurt. That way you keep your carbs low with a ton of protein. And being a college student they are the cheapest option.
  • Yes, I do log here and most days I come in under.
What do you mean by macros?

What are these protein balls you speak of, they sound amazing? I sometimes have Greek yogurt too.
