I love my bulletproof coffee. I put coconut oil in instead of butter, because it is really good for your brain. God knows mine needs all the help it can get. I also use a stick blender, then it looks just like a latte. :)

I am not doing well. I lost a little over 4 lbs this month, but right now 2 of them have found their way home. I am going back on my strict paleo that took off the first 48 lbs. Did well this week - 32.72 more miles, totaling 191.11. Doing well. Just wish my weight loss would go as well!

Lost 2 more lbs. Am only 12 lbs from goal. I will work very hard this week to lose 2 lbs. We can all do this.

Two more lbs - and only twelve to go til I reach my goal. Am trying very hard for two lbs this week. I want to be within 10 lbs of my goal. That will be awesome.

Kind of slacked off this week. Injured knee and gave blood. So, 23.13 miles this week, total of 158.39 so far. Will kill it this week, as I have a 5k next Saturday. ;)

Did not log in last week, sorry. I have lost another 2.8 lbs. Not a lot, but it is steady. I am aiming for 5 lbs in February. Everyone is doing so well - keep it up :)

31.81 this week. Total so far - 135.26. Not too bad.

Went to a spin class today, and found out I am not in as good a shape as I thought. But I am going back, and will be able to last longer soon. That is my goal.

I took my first spin class today. I thought I was in good shape - found out I was wrong. I lasted almost 30 minutes, but I will go back. I also bought a bigger, more comfortable seat cover. My poor bottom is not made for those tiny little hard seats, ha ha.

Lost 1.6 this week - Am at 166.4. I am going to try to lose 5 lbs by Feb. 2, cause that is my one year anniversary with TOPS, and I would love to go in at 50 lbs lost. Cross your fingers.

Week 2 - 35.38, 70.32 miles in two weeks. I think I'm doing pretty well. Also did 75 minutes of yoga this a.m. Trying to get a good rhythm going. ;)

At the end of the first week - I am 168.4, a loss of 1.2 lbs. I have a goal of 150, and am headed that way. It is very exciting to be under 20 lbs to go. Yay. Let's keep it up!

First week - 34.94 miles. Slowed down toward end of week, but next week I want to hit 40 miles. We shall see. Snowed in the last couple of days and I have been bored and lazy. Will step it up.
