I actually have the opposite. The bottoms of my feet (mainly bottoms of my toes) have a pain in them all the time... it started after I got into a daily workout routine. I think your idea of lacing your shoes different may work. Maybe too much pressure is being put on them from it when you workout.

Tonight going to my parent's for my dad's bday, then LOTS AND LOTS of cleaning, cooking, and decorating for our big super bowl party!!!!!!!!

Patriots!!!!! I am a die hard Pats fan! This is our year to get the Giant's back and pull in a super bowl win!!

I lost 10 pounds in my first week of 17 day diet, and 47 pounds in 4 months... so it's realistic. Most of what I lost at the beginning was water weight and my body detoxing from all the crap that I had in it. As long as you reach your calorie limit each day (or close), you'll be fine! Just don't try to starve yourself…

I have a HUGE list of things we're making, but I better not post here because NONE of them are good for you! LOL! We go ALL OUT every super bowl, even more than the holidays. I'm just going to take it easy on the food though since I'm SURE I'll be drinking the stress away! GO PATS!!!!!!!!!

BAHAHAHAHA!!!! You're right!!! I have all of Jillian's workouts, and do a different one every day. After months of doing it, I can FINALLY walk without feeling like I want to cry! I guess my body is finally used to it. Read your post though and couldn't help but laugh at the thought of how that used to be! It'll get…

Sounds fun! Is it free?

Is there room for me? :) I have done the biggest part of my loss already, but still have 10 to go... therefore might not have big changes for a while in the weigh ins but would love to join!

This is what I do!! Crazy to hear someone else say it! I stopped drinking for 51 days (to get through an entire 17 day diet), and when I started drinking again on weekends or whatever, I would drink a beer, then a bottle of water, a beer, and so on. Keeps you hydrated and helps with the hangover too lol.

haha...nope, men and women welcomed! :) Good for you on working to lose weight! It's been a journey for me, but I love feeling healthy again!

Hey! Always looking for workout buddies and encouragement! :) You are welcome to add me!

I'm soooooooo happy the Pats are in the Super Bowl! I am a HUGE fan! I'd like to know this too. With all the beer I will be drinking, the last thing I need is to be eating bad food too. I go ALL OUT cooking on super bowl, but it would be nice to make something healthy along with all that other stuff.
