No I don't colour my hair. I do not wear makeup (Only wore it when I got married), as for nail polish, yes maybe 6 times a year. I have earrings, but they haven't come out of my ears in about 10 years, and my hair is wavy and yes I love it.

Thanks everyone...I did talk to someone at the gym last nights and I did use the weights and NO, I am not sore at all today. I am scared of the weights because I don't want to be really muscular. I just want to tone up, and scared if I lift too heavy then I will "bulk up"

Things will get better. I've been separated for 2 years, am 35 with twin toddlers. Yes it's tough to get exercise in but don't use excuses....u can do it. We all have our stories and we all can do it. Motivate!!!! I just came back from 1.5 hrs at the gym....Motivate :-)
