I am looking for a recipe for Chicken Noodle soup

    i have one, but it requires you to poach the chicken first. So it takes a while

    200g chicken, cut into small pieces (whatever cut of chicken you like)
    900ml of chicken stock (I use stock cube and water, no boiling chicken carcass for me!)
    1tsp curry powder (mild or hot as you like)
    50g fine egg noodles
    salt & pepper to taste

    Optional: sweetcorn/peas/finely chopped onion/chilli

    Place small pieces of chicken in saucepan. Add stock and bring to the boil.
    Lower heat, cover and simmer until chicken is cooked
    Strain the chicken, keeping the liquid (do not empty pan into a sieve over the sink. Put a bowl in there first. Ask me how i know)
    Place chicken back in the pan and add curry powder
    Cook 2-3 mins, stirring constantly so the curry powder coats the chicken
    Add the stock back tot he pan.
    Add the egg noodles and seasoning.
    Simmer for 10 mins and serve.
