  • yeah my weight has gone up by 1.5 kg in two weeks. Even though i just added carbs to my dietI was still under my daily calorie allowance.
  • I seem to have put on weight going back on carbs from the paleo diet even though i am eating below my tdee. I felt quite fuzzy and my sleep was effected.
