100% Whole Grain! My fav is Eziekiel 4:9 Sprouted 100% Whole Grain...80 cal a slice but absolutly no sugar! Its low Glycemic...you won't find it on the bread aile...its usually kept in the freezer section near the organic food...its also 75mg of Sodium...less than the usual but if thats still too much the have a Low Sodium…
