I know that's what I'm scared of, I suppose eating full fat foods just in moderation would work better and like I previously said eating many times in little increments.

I honestly am enjoying the low fat foods and I'm avoiding a lot of sugar which is another reason why I opt for sugar free low fat etc; Plus right now I'm limited with my budget on what foods i can buy. so right now it's being creative with what I have in my cupboards. :) also, almonds <3 sounds like a good plan.

Ugh you're not alone, today my boyfriend ate some cold old pizza and even that smelled just so amazing hah! I look at these cravings as a test of will power and passing them just makes you that much more determined and serious about your weight loss. good luck and stay strong :)
