My mum suffers with this and she has a purpose bought wedge in the heel of all her shoes now. She's on her feet most of the day as she works in a garden centre and she just wouldn't survive without them!

I'm with you on that! My brother's wedding is fast approaching and i'm no where near where I want to be. I've had to give myself a talking to and just accept that it's not going to happen but to stick with it and i'll get there eventually!!

I'm sticking too! I eat 1350 cals a day and exercise 5-6 times a week for approx. 60 mins. I'm doing 30 day shred at the mo - on day 5 today. My weight just won't budge. I guess I should be grateful it's not going up again!! :-)

I walk and love it too! I walk at a brisk 3.5 to 4 mph usually and find it gets my heart going quite well but if it's not feeling that effective I add some hills in and trust me we have some good hills where we live!! :-)

I use Wii fit too as I have 2 small children so the gym is difficult. I also walk when I can! My Wii fit is setto burn 225 cals which I do easily in about 45 mins on various activities. Try go on everyday just to do the body test & get weighed/bmi even if I don't have time to exercise. Good luck. :-)

I've sky+ The Big Workout and Elise Lindsay's High & Low impact aerobics on Fitness TV. Not done them yet but they look really easy to follow and i'll definitely be giving them a shot. :-)

Me too!! Gave my walk a miss this morning as I felt a bit cold/achy but now I feel really fat and fed up!

I've just increased my daily intake as I had it set wrong so i'm worried this is how it's going to be everyday! I've had 3 good, healthy meals today and I really don't know what else I could eat!! Definitely not hungry though and even feel as though I could do some more exercise!!

The one i've looked at is a watch but has an optional chest strap. Must fasten together some how. I just don't want to get the watch version if it's not as accurate as it kind of defeats the object! Thanks.

I've just checked via the Diet Chef plan that I was originally doing and, with my current weight, it's telling me I should be at 1930 calories a day which sounds very high to me!! I'm drinking between 4 and 6 glasses a day which is a lot for me. I hate the stuff!!

Thanks for this. Had a read and it seems my cals are where they should be. Like you say, these things take time. Maybe i'm just trying to rush it. 1lb a week isn't that bad and I guess it's going the right direction! It's the weeks where it stays the same that I get a bit stalled with. Thanks.

MFP set the 1200. I've had a week with it at 1350 thinking it wasn't set high enough but i've put weight on. No i'm not wearing a hrm. From most posts on here though it seems MFP does over estimate the exercise cals a little, hence the reason i've not been eating all of them back.
