you should try to focus less on the scale, and more on inches lost. muscle weighs more than fat, so it's possible that you're gaining muscle weight, which is a good thing, because muscle looks awesome and takes up less space than fat.

I haven't had this yet, but I'm going to try it soon. Cauliflower rice, turkey meatballs, and beans. A friend of mine made a delicious (but unhealthy version today) and I'm dying to make it (healthier of course :) )

exercise is good for frustration and helps with sleeping. i have insomnia, so i understand not sleeping well. a few of my friends use z-quil for sleep, which is advertised as being non-habit forming, so you could try that.

Chew a gum like Orbit, one that's backed by the ADA. It's sugar-free so it won't damage your teeth. Actually, the ADA supports certain gums because they stimulate saliva flow which is good for your mouth.

haha, feel no shame! i cannot tell you how many times i cursed jillian under my breath. but all things considered, it wasn't that bad. i know a lot of people don't like her, but you have to hand it to her, she's very motivational. and now we get to do it all again tomorrow :)
