I am 5'8".. I started out at 200 lbs size 15 pants. I am now 144 lbs a size 7 or 5.depending on the brand... my goal weight is 135, hopefully a steady size 5.

yep! ive dropped 50+ lbs. I'm right in the middle of a "healthy" weight for my height. I know realistically theres some toning to do. But i still see the almost 200 lb me in the mirror. I'm alot harsher when i judge myself, than anyone else.

I didnt cut out calories i researched intermittent fasting and decided to give it a try. When i eat more than 1000 calories i gain, i cant imagine i need more. Also, i wasnt looking to cut out foods, i was looking to switch up the food im eating to get better results. I do believe the last 10 or so lbs will come off slow…

I started with that program I'm up to 10 miles at a time, its been 6 months since i started the couch to 5k and when i started i could only run 1/8 of a mile at a time.

@hwoeltjen Could you possibly educate me on macros? I read alot online but have slim to zero knowledge on the subject. I ate a low calorie/fat diet for over a year along with running and strength training and i was miserable and barely losing. Low carb has opened my eyes i am so motivated these days.
