  • You go girl! Def agree with the running, only way to improve is to run. I had a physical test I had to prep fro with like requirements, the tougest for me was push ups.
  • OMG, where do you take it? I have been doing Koga for years (well with a grace period when I moved). Jon used to have a gym called Koga in Selden and now I take it in Westbury! I count it as kickboxing. It def burns a massive amount of calories!

  • Here on Long Island, I have a hanging sign on my window that says "Let it snow" last night I heard a crash....it must have read my mind because the sign came down on it's own hahaha...enough is enough. We had just gotten rid of the two feet from the last storm! PS....IT'S STILL COMING DOWN AHHHHHHHHH
  • Ugh, neither have I and it is so disappointing. I went over calories one day but not by much at all and I have been stuck at this 3lb up and down for months :( guess I really have to kick it up a notch.

  • Hey Kim, I also make alot of chicken lol. But a really easy one, non-chicken, I make shrimp in a fry pan with a little oil and chili powder and put it over one of those Near-East whole grain couscous (5mintue on stove!). I mix in a little chopped pineapple to give it a little more flavor and it's a nice spicy/sweet combo.…
