Does anyone take a KOGA class?? I just started taking it and LOVEEEEEEEEE it. Its a great cardio/kick boxing work out. Just wondering how many calories do i count it as ?:smile:

    OMG, where do you take it? I have been doing Koga for years (well with a grace period when I moved). Jon used to have a gym called Koga in Selden and now I take it in Westbury! I count it as kickboxing. It def burns a massive amount of calories!

    I LOOOOOOOVE Koga!!!!!!
    I belongo to Unique " Health and Fitness" Gym in Farmingville and they have Koga classeson Wed. 5pm to 6pm
    The instructor < Lisa> she is the best.
    Great workout. Please come and try it.
