My husband and I weight each other at the gym,,that way we don't try to subtract a few extra numbers,,,,I tell him his weight and he tells me mine...:love:

I wear a Heart rate monitor when I do 30 day shred and I found that putting it under circuit training is the closest calories to what my HRM says I burnt... and if you have'nt already I recommend you take your measurments in your waist,thighs,hips and legs...because I lost inches more than lbs... It is fun I really enjoy…

I'm 5'10" and I have went from 220 to 194 and aiming for 150 in the end,,I am medium framed so 150 puts me in a size 8...I'll be happy with that....

I have a watch HRM and I love it,,it is within 50-75 calories of what the gym machines say when I workout and the heart rate is accurate to what the machine says....my heart rate on the machine is usually 3-5 off of what my HRM says..

I was doing Biggest loser cardio max and 30 day shred and got bored so I joined a gym,,best thing I ever done..all different kinds of workouts,,ppl to talk to while you work...Find a 24 hr gym and fit into your schedule....My whole family comes along and they love it..

For extra energy in the mornings as soon as I get up I take a B12 vitamin,,it jump starts your metabolism and gives me extra energy all day ....Stay away from energy drinks....

I payed 10.99 for mine..it is a fun and intense workout,,well worth the money.... to workout to it you have to have a yoga mat if working out on a hard surface.( I don't use a mat because I workout on carpet) and 2 = 3lb hand weights... you will see results.....

Circuit Training,,,I wear a heart monitor doing 30 day shred and found that logging as circuit training is closest to what my HRM says.....about a 75 calorie difference with MFP being the lowest...I just go with MFP reading to stay safe....

In my opiniion if it is sugar from fresh fruit is it ok,,,if it is sugar from processed food try to stay away.... We have to eat friut and veggies to stay healthy so we are gonna go over our sugar,,i'm over mine almost daily but it is from fruit...and i am still losing... That's jusy my opinion though...

It is great,,,I got mine at walmart for $10.... It has 3 levels so you can work yourself up.. all you need is determination,,a good pair of shoes,( there is alot of jumpingjacks ,jump rope, ect) 2= 3lb weights and a yoga mat if your on a hard floor.... If you do use Alli be careful,,my dad took them and seriously if you eat the least thing with fat in it you will literally be ******** on yourself....you have to be strict with your diet to take them or stay close to a toilet...

If they don't pass after a healthy snack I usually allow myself 1,,,and only 1....that way I don't go binge eating and eat a whole pack of something later...
