  • I take B12 vitamins for energy..they sell them at any drugstore and walmart...I take one every morning and that 2-3 o'clock yawns dones'nt hit me anymore..It gives you alot of energy.....Your doctor can also give you B-12 shots if your wuld rather go that route....

  • If you exercise you need to eat your net back to 1200,,,that is the lowest you should be,,net calories is what you watch,,make sure they don't get below 1200.... If you exercise and eat below 1200 at the bottom of your diary when you complete it for the day mfp will tell you to eat more or your body will go into starvation…

  • I don't drink anymore since dieting because 5 strawberry daquiries,3 alabama slammers at a bachlorette party made me gain 2 lbs over a weekend and it took me 5 days to get it back off... If you can restrain yourself to one drink you should be ok...

  • I log mine under circuit training, I wear a heart rate monitor and have found that circuit training is the closest calories to what my HRM says (mind you everyones body is different and burns different) but my hrm reads like 60-70 calories higher than logging 20 mins of circuit training,,so I just go with the mfp reading…
  • Same with 30 day shred,,while wearing my HRM it was as close to circuit training calries...doing both videos I use circuit training,,my HRM say's I burn like 67 calories more than what mfp circuit training says so I go by mfp so that I stay safe with my calories..
  • I love silk almond milk,,,,I drink it daily...I use it in cereal,coffee,protein shakes...
