30DS - adding excercise?

Hiya all,

I just bought the 30 day shred and I wondered what I should be logging it as in my excercise?

    Try this to calculate calories:

    Then maybe add your own 30 day shred or put it under circuit training and change the calories accordingly :)

    I log mine under circuit training, I wear a heart rate monitor and have found that circuit training is the closest calories to what my HRM says (mind you everyones body is different and burns different) but my hrm reads like 60-70 calories higher than logging 20 mins of circuit training,,so I just go with the mfp reading to stay safely under my calories..
    Good Luck it is a fun and intense workout,,,the first 4-5 days I thought I would die..lol...Jillian is kiss *kitten* on her workouts...

    Well I just did the work out and I feel like dying lol, looking forward to being able to do it without feeling like this afterward though! :happy:
