  • It is a fun and intense workout,,,,alot of jumping around so have a very good pair of shoes....do level one for 10 days then move to level 2 for 10 day sand then level 3..... I took my measurments before I started and again after I finished to see how many inches I lost....I lost more in inches than lbs... Good Luck ...
  • where is the sugar coming from?? Proccessed food or fresh fruit?? I was over on mine too but it was from the fresh fruit I had...if it's natural it's ok,if it's added not so good for you..

  • My experience with taking diet pills ( even prescriptions from my doc) is as soon as you stop takingthem the weight comes back,,just eat heathy and exercise,,you are young it will be easy for you....I also take B12 every mornign it gives me energy and jump starts my metabolism....Good Luck sweetie,,but stay away from diet…
  • By day 4-5 I was doing everything she threw out at me,,not a high or fast as her mind you ,but I could do it,,it does get easier just gotta stick to it...
  • Before I got my Hrm I was doing the 30 day shred and I logged it as circuit training,,and after I got my hrm I compared calories burnt by my hrm to aerobics high impact and circuit training and found that circuit traning was closest to the calories burnt on my hrm....

  • I started adding Peanut Butter to my celery stick to be higher in calories,,,peanut butter is good for you and 200 calories for 2 tbsp.... I understand what your saying,,I don't always eat back my workout calories either....

  • Hi and welcome,,I am a stay at home as well,and I ate out of boredom...The first thing for success is clean out your pantry!!!! My kids has'nt fussed about the snack cakes being replaced by fruit they grab an apple and keep playing..But you can do this and you chose a great spot for help,,MFP is great for helping you styay…
  • Jillian Michaels has a 6 week 6 pack Dvd that may work,,I have'nt tried it but I do 3 of her other videos and she does some pretty good crunches that focus on lower stomach....
  • Net is what you eat at the end of the day after exercise,,your net needs to be at 1200 at the end of the day after your exercise calories are deducted... I keep hearing if it's under 1200 calories it can slow your weight lose....I don't always get to 1200 but I try to..
  • I did the same thing on day one,,,,she says take a 5 second breather then keep moving ,,LOL,,I took alot of 5 second breathers....But if you keep doing what you can do (don't hurt yourself) by day 6 it was so much easier and I could get through the whole warmup,20 mins program and cool down..You can do it,,,Baby steps....…

  • I'm the same way,,my last weigh in I did'nt gain or lose any...So I am gonna do a fruit and veggie diet for 2 weeks with the occasional piece of fish.....no red meat for me.....and i'm changing up my exercise routine.. Good Luck to you I hope you get back to losing soon....

  • your net calories is the amount that you consumed after exercise.. if you daily goal is 1200 and youeat only 1200 and exercise and burn 600 calories then you consumed 600 calories for the day,,,and at the end of the day after exercise your net should be atleast 1200 for it to be healthy weight lose...   • We all have our bad days,,I went over in calories myself today,,what I did was type in chinese food in the food diary and just browsed through my fav foods and figured out what I could and could'nt have..... Don't let it get you down,tomorrow is another day.... Good luck sweety....
  • I eat the hot and sour soup,,8 oz only 90 calories.... Chinese is my weakness too..i love the fried egg rolls and wontons... I eat the pork with veggies and rice instead of noodles w/sauce.. Good Luck it's hard to give up them favorites...

  • Healthy eating and exercise and I take B12 vitamins for energy and they work....I used to be a couch potato also,,but taking B12 I have to move all the time... Good luck to you,,,,you can do it....Get up and get going and it will start being easier for you..

  • the salsa is low calorie like 10 calories in 2 tbsp,,,,I limit myself to 10-15 chips which run about 140 in calories,,,,I order the chicken fajitas minus the tortilla wraps and have a side salad with it,,it is about 400 calories..... So you have about 600 calories in it all.... that's the calorie count at my local fav…
  • I wear a heart rate monitor when I do my 30DS,,,i find the circuit training calorie count is the closest to what my heart rate monitor says.... if you put it under general aerobics MFP is about 120 calories under what my heart monitor says...
  • I use 2 (3lb weights) to start off my first week ,then every 10 days i'm gonna go up a couple lbs.. Don't pull any muscles and hurt yourself...
  • I take Carb Blockers I purchased at my local pharmacy,,I still make good healthy choices but you can;t avoid carbs so I take the blockers so the extra does'nt turn to sugar and stick...
  • I don't workout at the gym but the MFP calories and my HRM is off by about a hundred..if I do 20 mins of aerobics MFP says I burn about 220 my HRM says I burn about 345.....I always go by the lowest calories just to stay safely within my limit.... Hope this helps you some...
