I am joining this challenge, although I can't believe I weigh over 200 lbs. I usuallly stayed around 190 in the last few years. There is something very sad about 200 lbs. It is a pivotal moment when you see that number or more on the scale. I have RA and my meds are partly to blame for the gain. At times I have to use…

I tracked everything that I ate. I was under my calorie limit. I did not exercise. So, two out of three.
-
I will weigh and enter my weight every Monday. That's been my routine in the past. Hope we have great success this time!
-
I think a daily thread will be helpful.
-
I tracked everything I ate. I was active more than 20 min. I was under my calorie goal.
-
Achieving 22% of your goal is better than gaining! Thanks for setting up this challenge.

I logged everything. I was active more than 20 minutes. I did not stay under my calorie limit. I will do better today.
-
I missed a weigh-in during the last challenge. I will be sure to weigh in every time during this challenge.

Thanks for the inspiring thoughts. I have maintained and it is a downer. But, I have not given up.
-
Thanks for this challenge. I am slowly losing pounds.
-
balancedwalker, thanks for your honesty. We all have days that we don't do well. But, we are NOT giving up.
-
I hope our group has some great results. I had trouble logging in also. I am not sure how I finally got in.

I have done a great job of decreasing the amount of sugar in my diet. Also, a friend of mine who I had not seen in a couple of weeks noticed that I have lost weight.
-
Balancedwalker, I am still listed twice on the spreadsheet. My fault. Please see line 3040.
-
DH, Isabella the dog, and I will go walking in the park. I have been very good about keeping down the sugar, but the calorie intake is still too high. I have to step it up a notch, for sure.

75 degree weather here in Va. We are raking leaves, watching college football, generally enjoying retirement.
-
My goal is to keep my calories UNDER my calorie limit.
-
My fault, but I am on the sheet twice. Second time at line 3040. Thanks for this challenge.

Balancedwalker, Thanks for setting up this challenge. My fault, but my name is listed twice. See line 3040.

Balancedwalker, I am on the sheet two times. My fault. Check out no. 3040. Thanks for setting up this challenge.

About weather impacting my exercise goals, no problem. I have been riding my bike outside in great weather. It has been in the 70's in VA. But, I have to decrease my calories. I have cut out sweets for the most part, but my calorie count is higher than it should be.

I met my exercise goal yesterday, but I went over my calorie limit. So, I will stay under my limit today. Oct. 2 is coming up fast. DH and I have been preparing the lawn for over-seeding. Lots of exercise each day. For the most part, I have been staying under my calorie limit. But, consistency is the key. When you are…

Balanced walker, Thanks for creating this challenge. I met my exercise goal yesterday, but my calorie count was too high! Today I will meet both goals.

I hope there will be at least 25% participation at the end of the 100 days. As far as successful weight loss, I have no idea how to predict that percentage.
-
I was thinking that 25% would still be participating by the end of the 100 days. I will do everything possible to be part of the 25%.
-
How many of us will make it to the end and be successful about losing weight? Anyone want to make a guess?

Dlphnldy89, I know Yorktown, VA, pretty well. Nice area. Would you call it a city or town? I am not far from you--Mechanicsville, VA. Good luck with the challenge. I am checking in from Virginia. I will take a water aerobics class this afternoon. I am feeling very motivated at this point regarding the challenge.
