Over 1.5 years here, it's my second profile..Lost nearly 100 lbs by myself, I did ad people on the begining but it was not the best idea. I am enough motivated to do it by myself. I guess we are all different. I am glad there is more 0 friends -100 lbs :)

No, hashimoto wont make you fat. I have thyroid problems too. You only get fat if you eat to much.

Long way ahead of you, do you really want to reach 60kg? Try to go down 100 lbs and see how you feel, take your time. Don't forget to exercise to prevent loose skin .... Good luck and stay strong.

Counting calories work...I lost 97 lbs in 10 months, now maintaining since October, it works for me.

I deleted every single one, I am tired of people minding my business..what type of motivation are they? none...You need to find motivation in yourself and treat it as a tool, way of life, life style, call it what you want. I have friends in reality.

I just came back from 3 days in Barcelona, not a single calorie counted, sometimes you just need a break, but keep moderation and healthy diet in your mind.

I only drink tap water, it's crystal clear here in UK, you can make baby food on it...I am lucky

TDee is usually 1500 calories, the amount you burn just by being alive, I just learn about it too, no worries :)

Can you juice till the end of your life? no? then don't bother...diets don't work, you have to find the right life style and cook healthy..
