Processed food, all that is ready...sugar, bread, bubbles, beer, or at least try less. I lost 100lbs in 3 years, maintaining now for a year by eating 1800 a day.

I lost 100lbs all together in 3 years, but most of the weight within 1st year. It is scary at times but like someone above said 'one day at the time' some days I am going above, some days I go lower.

Why stop counting? If it made you who you are today...I do have a days when I am not logging in but there is always pen and notebook next to me in my kitchen..to have some idea of how I am doing...I think its good habit.

Diet won't make you lose weight. You need to find new lifestyle....There is no way to make you lose stone a week. Safe way is maximum 2 lbs. Its a slow process. Your duncan idea is not unhealthy, just stupid.

That's my 3rd profile since Feb 2013..lost all together 128 lbs..It took my 6 months to figure out how to make a post on MFP so you are pretty impressive already lol You need to motivate yourself but it has to come from yourself. One million people can tell you.. you are fat and you will still think they are insulting…

Try 'kiszona kapusta' fermented Polish cabage, the same caloric value, you can get it everywhere.

I have friends in real life and on facebook...MFP is a tool to lose weight. I am motivated enough to do it by myself and private enough not to share my info with others. We are all different.

Europe is so much better then USA diet wise, there is plenty of healthy food and normal size meals....have a nice trip ..btw Europe is made of many different countries so please don't put us into one bag...thank you.

Over 1.5 years here, it's my second profile..Lost nearly 100 lbs by myself, I did ad people on the begining but it was not the best idea. I am enough motivated to do it by myself. I guess we are all different. I am glad there is more 0 friends -100 lbs :)
