I've gotten a reco for Vivobarefoot evo light from a trainer who does Insanity. I think any cross training shoe is supposed to be good for plyo work and the back and forth movements of Turbofire. Day 1 has been a success. I logged my meals and my workout and am sticking to it. We have tons of leftovers in the fridge and I had a small portion of Passos and stuffing and made sure they fit into my cals for the day. Heading to bed early with the intent of getting a morning workout in. Good night.

Kenyora- Turbofire has more variation in workouts than the Jillian Michaels disc I've done. And the music is really fun. I don't get bored cuz I don't do the same workout 2 days in a row

I don't have any results photos yet. I'm doing Turbo now and will be finished Mid march. I LOVE it! Let me know when you start your workouts and we can be workout buddies.
