I have noticed a huge difference from guys.. makes me mad, and I guess a lil flattered at times.. but its ridiculous the difference in the way people treat you. Anyhow, Congrats on ur NSV :)

I always feel better when i have eggs for breakfast. Which I do almost everyday, but always helps me feel full all morning!

I just bought my first size 12's in 10 years over the holiday weekend. I was jumping up and down when i had to get them to bring a 12 after trying the 14.. CONGRATS i very well know the feeling and its great! lol

Whatever you wear make sure its not too big.. lol it will be SUPER hot here then! Well, not the hottest month but it is pretty uncomfortable if your wearing a HUGE dress

All i know is a couple years ago I was drinking 2-3 a day and I ended up with kidney stones. The doctors said its fairly common with energy drink abusers.. lol Stopped drinking them and havnt had a problem sense.

I eat all day long, but stuff like Carrots/cucumber/apples/oranges/tomatoes/watermelon/cantelope/grapes/ and strawberrys. You can stick to your calorie goal easily and eat all day if you choose the right fruits and veggies. :D Hope that helps! I understand what you mean! I went out and bought a bunch of clothes, a makeup spree at sephora and I have been shaving and keeping myself up! lol Its odd but really makes me happy to feel like this again!

I did this for about 2 weeks and I was working out super hard.. like 2300 calories a day and loosing nothing :( My workout was walking uphill on the treadmill for 17 mins 8 times a day (HUGE calorie burn) and that was all i did besides weight training.. well just a week ago I switched it up to 4, 17 min uphill walks / 2,…

Between January 19 - April 19 I lost 33 pounds. I dont think that is unrealistic. It was hard work and took dicipline but I honestly dont think its unrealistic since i just did it. Starting at 228 as well and I am 5'4 1/2 (hey the 1/2 matters! haha) Goodluck girl, being back in the 100's feels great! Down to 192 now!

I eat 2 eggs every morning along with an apple and orange. The eggs keep me full till lunch although i snack on grapes. The eggs are only 140 calories and do the trick for me.. To be honest I wouldn't worry about it. Frustrating, yes.. I have been at this for 3 months now and I have lost 30 pounds but it looks like 45 or so. You are building muscle while working out. Try doing your measurements and I am sure you will see a difference. Your body may just need to get used to your new lifestyle. BTW…
