I needed something that did more than just juice so I got a Ninja, I think it was the Ninja Mega Kitchen system. I am pretty sure this is the one. it was on sale at Kohls and I had a 30% coupon plus a bunch of Khols cash burning a whole in my pocket. So far it works great.…

I store mine in the freezer. Not sure if you really have to or not but I feel better about it. I am afraid it could go rancid.

Believe it or not you can get kettlebells pretty reasonable off Ebay. I have bought mine from "newyorkbarbells" They sell other stuff as well.

Pay it Forward. I had no idea what the movie was about and was watching with my wife and kids. The ending just plain sucks. I think it was poorly done and sent the wrong message in my opinion. I was pissed about it for weeks.

Instead of ice I use frozen blueberries or any frozen fruit for that matter. I usually buy extra fruit and freeze some of it.

My mother in law who was Portuguese used to make a mean kale soup with linguica, kidney beans, potatoes and kale. I don't remember all the ingredients but it was awesome.
