I only tried vanilla and did not care for it, I felt like I was eating sheetrock compound. The $4.99 a pint price is high but if I liked it wouldnt be an issue. Maybe I need to give another flavor a shot.

Checkout the Rushfit program by George St Pierre. I think its about $60.00 on Amazon and uses minimal equipment, most of its bodyweight. Also you can do a lot of kettlebell workouts with just one or two bells.

Congrats. I will be testing for my black belt in a couple of months and know how rewarding each promotion can be. That being said we never broke boards although it sounds like fun.

51, lift 3 times a week, karate twice a week and bike and walk about 30 miles combined on weekends. I like the wall of beer bottles. Thats what my empties littered all around my cellar are going to look like someday.

I rarely eat bread, not because I think its the debil or anything I would just rather save those calories for ice cream and beer :wink:

I love Grape Nut ice cream made by Guifords of Maine or Acushnet Creamery (local) and Mint Chocolate Chip is a close second.

I usually make it in the crockpot with steel cut oats, milk, cinnamon and apples. It tastes good but it sucks to clean the crockpot if you don't use one of those crockpot bags.

I guess it would depend on the workout your trying to do but I would think it most cases you would have to modify the moves to much. I personally would say no.
