Yeah, I wish we can just type in the name of the video. At least fitness blender shows an estimate of the calories burned. I don't know how accurate that is.

I love them too. I like how I can chose to listen toy own music since they don't play any, and they're easy to follow.

Take it slow. Don't fully eliminate. Have you seen those yoplait commercials, with the "swapportunity?" Slowly replace the bad carbs/sugar with good ones, like fruit, yogurt, whole wheat bread, ect. Eventually, you body will crave fruit instead of chocolate, or whatever it is that you're eating. I hope this helps!

Yes! Someone else has this problem! I think it's because my floor isn't perfectly leveled, or something like that. I just weigh myself once and go with that number. By the way, how tall are you? 109 seems like a low number, unless your on the shorter side

Great progress, but I have a question: are you suppose to do the squats in reps or all of it strait through? Once you have to do 100+ reps, do you do it in one time! or split it up?

Juicing gets rid of the fiber and goodness in veggies/fruits, have you tried smoothie making. Smoothies are more filling than juices.

Either 1) you're not estimate acting your food right and you're eating more than you think or 2) you're under eating and your body's metabolism is slowered. Are you eating your exercise calories back?

Okay thanks. I've been told to go longer and harder each workout, and rest every other day. The thing is, I'm a beginner and going harder than what I'm doing already isn't really a choice right now.

I've never heard of PB2, so I went and looked it up. I eat way too much peanut butter and would love this alternative, but can you spread it on sandwiches, bananas, celery, ect?

I have that same problem with dinner! I'll eat 2,000+ calories about 10 minutes before dinner ( a total binge ) then I would be too full to eat dinner with my family. Drink lots of water and keep yourself distracted.

I've found protein powder to be expensive, so I don't use it. I wish they came in smaller containers.
