I've been using fitness blender for a while now, but I don't know where to go from here. Any suggestions/ favorite workouts? All I have is my body and a few dumbbells.

Exercising harder, or more often?
I do about 30-60 minutes of exercising every day. My question is, since I'm just starting out and I'm not doing anything crazy hard like insanity, can I workout everyday, or does my body really need rest days? I burn around 200 cals each day, and I do mostly bodyweight exercising.

Protein powder? Carbs?
I heard its possible to lose weight by making a healthy lifestyle change, but... A lot of people here use protein powder. Is that a necessity in losing weight? Also, I've heard you can have whole grain bread, but I always hear people cutting out breads, grains, ect. Can I continue eating those types of carbs and lose…

Too much sugar because of fruit...
I know that your suppose to have only 25g of sugar a day, but does that include sugar in fruit? I go over the amount of sugar allowed everyday because of apples, oranges, ect. Is that okay? Without fruit, i easily go under 25g, unless there was a specific reason for going over. (Party, special occasion, ect.)
