Ok so I created a group on Facebook called "Mission Slimpossible" and it has a picture of a turkey lifting weights on it. It is a private group (to keep out the riff raff lol).If you have trouble finding it please let me know. Im so excited to get this thing rolling!

One Of My Favorite Breakfast Foods Is Carnation Instant Breakfast. Its Cheap Its Filling And If You Put It In A Blender And Add Ice And Peanut Butter Its Delitious! Its Is Almos Identical To The Ingredients In Slim Fast But It Has MOre Protien And sSlightly More Calories.

5'1 and a half... Lol 218lbs. Size 18 I have a lot of lower abdomen weight due to recent baby/ c-section. Before baby I weighed 215 but wore a size 16.

Carnation Instant breakfast. Lots of vitamins to get you going and its super quick. I have a 12mo old and im just now getting ot the point where i can make breakfast in the morning... but the last couple of months C.I.B. kept me from starving.. i HAVE to have breakfast or i go postal lol

I love just dance 2, and Wii active has been kicking my butt this last week.I have zumba on the ps3 and if the Wii is the same I highly recommend it...

Monday weigh in 226. Mommy and daddy got to have a date night this weekend and mommy didn't behave at chilis.... stepping it up this week. Were going to start 30 day challenge on the Wii active today. Wish me luck! Hoping for some weight loss this.week!!!

Im the same way! I am ok with staying on track all day and we eat dinner at about 6 and by 7:30 im digging thru the cabinets looking for food.
