Yesterday I noticed I don't get hungry anymore! I have breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, and dinner and since I'm eating through out the day I don't get hungry.... Or full... I just stay at a normal.... And I like it!! (I was starving when I woke up this morning tho.... Lol)

New favorite dessert!
I just threw this together one night and now i cant wait for the end of the day so i can have it! I put 1/2 cup of slow churned vanilla ice cream and one chocolate Quaker rice cake crumbled into small pieces. Stir all together and eat it up!! only 160 calories!
