i have a questions want is Zumba under when counting it as your exercise and swimming laps in the pool?

  Hi(:
  For Zumba, I usually just put: Dancing, general
  and for Swimming I put: Swimming laps, freestyle, fast, vigorous effort

  i usually count zumba as aerobics. not sure about swimming though....
