This is not great advice. I would say you aren't eating enough. As a woman, you lack the testosterone to really bulk up. Try doing some heavy lifting in place of all the cardio, and stick to eating more for at least a month to 6 weeks and see what happens.

This. Why does it matter if you have a gap? If you are happy with your body, and working on being healthy, who the hell cares? No one is going to look at your thighs and say "OMG, that chick doesn't have a thigh gap. How gross!"

You are already at a great BFP for ladies. 13% is way way too low. I am at 24.2%, or was a month ago. I haven't checked recently. I am doing New Rules of Lifting for Women to lower mine.

Eat more. You are hungry because you aren't eating enough. You should be netting at least your 1450 goal, but probably more than that.

My friend here forgot to mention that Brooks also makes excellent "barefoot" running shoes. I pound all my food into bits before I eat it, because it burns more calories, and then I can consume more food dust. I think I will just have the surgery to get the thigh gap instead. Everyone needs a thigh gap right? Plus, I will eat nothing but fast food, but only 700 calories a day (since I am sweeping my floors) I will still lose weight right?

Yes! I have lost over 50lbs, but some days I still see my fat self in the mirror. It's all in your head. Tell yourself you look different and you will start seeing it. It's hard, because you see yourself everyday, try comparing pictures instead.

Take the shoes you bought back, and tell the people there why you are returning them, and see if they can recommend something different. Most running stores have good return /exchange policies, and would rather see you happy with your shoes than not (that way you keep coming back.)
