Running glove recommendations?
I desperately need a pair of gloves designed for running, but there are so many to choose from. I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations. I will be wearing them in 35-50 degree weather, and I have fairly small hands, so they will need to fit snuggly. Anything that works with a touch screen is a plus. Thanks!

BMR question
I am only 5lbs away from my goal, so I changed my calorie goal to lose 0.5lbs per week. This increased my calorie intake goal from 1200 to 1400. However, when I looked up my BMR on a couple of different sites, it was around 1400. Will I still actually lose weight if I eat my BMR? Thanks!

I ran and finished my first 5k today. My goal was to finish in under 40 minutes, and run at least 50% of it. I ran 95% of it, and finished in 35:48! On to the next one!

Upper to mid back pain after running...

Best investment ever!

Today, when I went for my morning 1.5 mile run/walk, I RAN more than I walked! This is the first time I have run more than half of it, let alone the 80% that I ran this morning!
