Running/Exercising in cold weather

I live in the beautiful Pacific Northwest, and while it doesn't get that cold here, it still gets pretty chilly. I came across this article and found it to be very useful, so I thought I'd pass it on.

    Thanks for this! I live on the Canadian Prairies.... always good to learn more about my environment. LOL!:laugh:

    It gets seriously cold here for 2-3 months a year (think -20 Fahrenheit and the car doesn't want to start).
