Hey y'all...
I have started experiencing mid and upper back pain after running. It's not so much pain, as tight muscles. Anyone have any stretches or things I can do to relieve/prevent this?
Thanks!

I tend to lose my form as I get tired. This causes me to slouch when I run. I picture someone pulling me up by a string (from the base of the neck) to TRY to counteract this!0

yep, stand up straighter when you run! No clenched fists. Don't swing your arms like a cartoon charactor.0

Hey, I just started running and am having the same problem. It hurts pretty bad the day after but goes away by the second day. I'm hoping good posture and a little patience will take care of it. Cycling does not seem to bother it even on the days my back is sore.0
