I started this journey in March, and I am now down 33lbs. I am still 13lbs away from my goal weight, but I have noticed a huge difference in how I look.

    Really all I did was stick to my calorie goal, ate better (more fruit, veggies, protein and fiber) and drank a lot of water. I recently started running and doing the 30 Day Shred.
