I like raw honey, crandberries or raisins. Almond or vanilla or another flavored extract can be added to oatmeal while cooking, and it really boosts the flavor.

Hi I am in!!! I wanted to hit my goal weight at the end of May and this will be the motivation to do so. I am not sure I can hit 15 pounds, but I am going to try to do my best. My goal will be the 15 pounds, to make it I will have a cardio blast!!! WE CAN DO THIS!!!

I usually would eat a slice of cheese pizza with a salad, with the dressing on the side. You can actually have a meal under 350 calories if you plan it just right. Good luck!!!
