Hello everyone!! I am starting my new adventure with getting healthy. I just turned 40 and I feel I have to get this body into shape once and for all. This looks like a great site with lots of great information. I have tried WW, South Beach, and Sugar Busters. You name it I did it. I was successful, but I treated it as a diet and not a lifestyle. Well times are changing and I am refocused on changing life, once and for all.

I hope to meet new friends here!!
