ohhh its the best! I use it to replace fat in recipes like this muffin one, where I use yoghurt instead of oils or butter...http://bakenbeebz.blogspot.com/2011/09/apple-and-blackberry-healthy-muffinz.html

I got mine form an Asian market, its defatted and dried peanuts ground into flour, It makes every baked good taste like peanut butter. I also make mine into a non fat peanut butter paste for sandwiches and oatmeal kinda like PB2. x

Maybe try using a flaxseed mixture as egg replacement? but an extra half of a banana should do the trick.

Just made these again with some coco powder in the mixture and the came out like all chocolate brownies! soooo good! and all that protien and fibre is really filling. xxx

the ingrediant list is correct, i just forgot to add the strawberries! ahhhhh! but half a cup of strawbs wont effect the nutrional values massively. probs 5 calories more a square... ill look it up now haha!

I think you could, the dates help it set so if you did use all fresh fruit maybe add a little bit of sugar or thickening agent like xthanum gum to stop it being too runny
-
just tried it with sugar free applesauce and threw in some walnuts, works just aswell!
-
If you want to make brownies you use black beans and add 2tsp cocoa powder and the results are just as good!
-
Totally gulit free and satisfying! easy and very filling too. xxx
-
oh wow. im pretty sure you could use all honey or agave. applesauce would reduce calories even more, it would defiantly be worth giving it a go. and would make it a 'cleaner' baked good. may need more cooking time as the batter may be runnier though. x

I baked them last night had two warm and they were soooo good. came out really well. then had another for breakfast and it was great and the banana flavour had come out more.
