i log it .. just so you know what you did and if it really messes your week up than you know NOT to do that again OR to work out harder so that it wont effect you whole weight loss. For me Cheat meals are a must and I coulnt survive w/ out indulging once i awhile.

i just wear really tight shorts.. i gues you could call it spandex.. but they arent shinny and dont look bad.. It what charlene the girl on turbo fire wears :) . its the only thing i cn work out in when i cant wear pants.

I wouldnt do the shred twice in one day just because Jillian M. gets on my nerves :D .. but what i did DO was do the 30 day shred and do some other type of cardio.. Running/rowing/ some other workout video.. I did the 30 day shred and they are great workouts but I did end up muteing the sound and turning on my on own…

i stop mine after my heart rate gets to a lower zone--- 100-90ish.. not at resting heart rate.. but def after im done doing my final stretch.

I log all of my exercises by using a heart rate monitor. Heart rate monitor will tell you how much calories you burned based on your heart rate..

I think that anything will help. I have heard, actually, that if all that you can do is 10mins than do that. I also heard, that if you split it up (10mins here then 10 mins there etc. ) it still counts as something. ANYTHING IS BETTER THAN NOTHING. BUT doing it one time will be faster and will burn a lot more calories.…

didnt have the right plan and didnt lose. Never had the right diet >>>I was exercising but just wastn losing. Also, i tried the zone,paleo and i gues they werent for me b/c i couldnt stick to it. i usually do my workouts late so i usually eat dinner afterwards.. BUT if I am off schedule and do an early work out my snack would be a piece of fruit and some almonds or some black beans. HOwever, i have stumbled across some protein bars (that arent low calorie) but are yummy especially after a workout or afternoon…
