Yea if you do turbo fire +running in one day thats a lil overkill and if anything you'll just were yourself (plus your joints) out.. I would suggest alternating runing and TF. ARe you doing the warrior run? I was goign to but chickened out... Anywho I would just do it as Cardio for however long you run/obstacle for.. (running/// circuit training maybe b/c you will be climbing ropes and doing crazy stuff w/ your upper body right?)

eat more :) 800- 1100 cals =not sustainable lifestyle.. you can eat more and still lose body fat. infact your body will store fat more if you constantly under eat.

Fit and active ice cream sandwiches are just as good and they are a lil bit cheaper.

ABSOULUTLY LOVE TURBO FIRE<<<< had to put that in all caps b/c you def should get it. It's tough but def do-able and I think its what kept me going w/ working out. i am almost to my goal.. well 30 more lbs.. and I want to reach gosh darn it! I want to be not just skinny but as fit as can possibly be. I also love the way i feel after I work out. Find a gym Or someone who owns a row machine. GREAT cardio exercise. It will kick your butt. :) (but wear gloves cuz it will give you blisters too) :wink:
