P90 workout questions

Someone recently recommended the P90 Workout to me. I don't think I am ready for the P90X or Insanity Workouts yet. I was wondering if anyone has used the P90 workouts and how you liked it? Right now I am working out 2X week with a trainer and cardio is walking DVD or stationery bike. In two weeks I will be working out with the trainer only once a week. Any suggestions?

when i first started working out and p90x i got reeeeeeeeeaaaaaaally sore barely could move b/c I was only 1month into doing it....
Now that have been working out for almost 6months and my body is conditioned a lil bit more I went back to p90x and granted, I still sore BUT not debilitating soreness (you know cant walk or move/laugh w/out it hurting) SO w/ that being said maybe condition yourself alil more before jumping in to it.. THATs my theory.

Also>> I found p90x really boring.. So what I ended up doing was muting him and putting myown music to it.. Now i just kinda do his workouts w/out the dvd. (i have the workouts printed out so i can do them bymyself if needed) .

Anywho that s my take on it. Good luck on your healthy lifestyle :flowerforyou:

I have the P90 and it can be a great workout not as intense as the P90X but a great workout...I don't always follow the program to the T but I do as much as I'm physically able an noticed changes. Good luck if you decide to try.
