Any of the sparkling seltzer waters are great. I can't drink to ones with the fake sugar, it messes with my stomach. But there are a ton of brands out there. I typically weigh every night, but only because that is when I take my shower. So just before I hop in the shower, I weigh. Not only does it tend to be accurate (because of the lack of clothing) but it has become a habit. It just makes it easy to remember to do it everyday ^.^

When it comes to burgers, hot dogs, steaks, burritos etc etc, they are NOT meant to be your entire meal. That how folks end up going over on their calories.
