I am 5'9" with a realistic goal weight of 185lbs. I have been as low as 135 as an adult an could not maintain, even on a very strict diet. I think it just depends on what works for you individually.

1000 - 1100 is likely too low, especially with exercise. Perhaps you need to increase your calorie intake to 1200 - 1300 to avoid your body thinking its starving.

Plateau is not an excuse. If you have been fortunate enough not to have had one that's awesome, but do not discount those who are going through one. It can be depressing enough and we should support each other and not criticize. :)

Super depressed. I was so happy 10 days ago when my doctor took me off of my water pill for high BP. One of my goals was to be able to be med free. I have been working out a lot and eating right but still managed to gain 4 pounds this week. It's water..I know this...but I am so frustrated.
